New since the summer of 2014, an 18 hole Disc-Golf at St-Bernard Regional Park! The growing popularity of Disc Golf throughout the world is mainly due to the fact that throwing a disc with power and precision provides a wonderful feeling. The ongoing challenge, the social character of the game, the maintenance of one’s physical and mental condition and inexpensive to start, are also good assets. Disc Golf is a recreational sport for All, regardless of age, sex or ability.
